All rights to works published under Evocative Impressions are protected under applicable United States and international copyright law. Unless otherwise specified, rights are retained and administered directly by the imprint.

Evocative Impressions welcomes professional inquiries related to licensing, translation, audio production, adaptation, and authorized excerpt usage. Each request is evaluated to ensure alignment with the author’s intent and the integrity of the published work.

Copyright & Authorized Use

All text, poetry, cover art, interior design, and published materials issued under Evocative Impressions are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or adapted without prior written permission.

  • This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Full or partial manuscript reproduction
  • Unauthorized audiobook or narration recordings
  • AI training dataset inclusion
  • Film, television, or dramatic adaptation
  • Commercial merchandise derived from published works
  • Cover art reuse or manipulation


Limited quotation for editorial review, academic analysis, or journalistic coverage is permitted when properly attributed and within fair use guidelines.

Unauthorized Use

Evocative Impressions actively monitors the unauthorized reproduction and distribution of its copyrighted materials. Improper use, piracy, or unlicensed adaptation of published works may result in formal takedown notices, rights enforcement actions, or legal remedies where applicable.
